Terms of Service

1. Service. SkoolGo is a coordination and recordkeeping tool for school transport. It does not itself operate vehicles, employ drivers, guarantee transport, replace emergency services, or process in-app payments.
2. Authorized use. Users must use their own account, keep contact details current, protect sign-in codes, select the correct persona, and access only organizations, routes, students, or records they are authorized to handle.
3. Operator and school responsibility. Transport operators and schools remain responsible for licensing, vehicle/driver suitability, route planning, supervision, emergency procedures, contractual notices, and compliance with applicable transport, education, child-safety, employment, and privacy law.
4. Guardian responsibility. Guardians must keep absence, pickup-person, contact, destination, and special-instruction information accurate and must not rely solely on an ETA or notification for child supervision.
5. Location and ETA. Location, ETA ranges, arrival messages, and push notifications may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable because of GPS, network, device, route, or provider conditions. They are operational aids, not guarantees.
6. Safety and emergencies. Users must follow emergency procedures and contact the operator, school, or emergency services directly when urgent action is required.
7. Payments. Payment features record declarations and confirmations for payments made outside SkoolGo. SkoolGo does not transfer money or guarantee that a declaration proves settlement; the operator's confirmed ledger is the administrative record, subject to correction and dispute procedures.
8. User content. Users must upload only relevant, lawful content and must not include unnecessary medical, financial, or other sensitive narrative. Malware or policy checks may reject or quarantine files.
9. Suspension. Access may be suspended for security, legal, safety, contract, inactive-organization, or misuse reasons. Safety, authorization, audit, and retention protections cannot be disabled as subscription features.
10. Privacy and retention. The Privacy Policy and approved retention schedule form part of these terms. Some safety, financial, incident, audit, or dispute evidence may survive account closure where legally or contractually required.
11. Availability. The service is provided subject to planned and unplanned downtime. Final warranties, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, dispute venue, subscription terms, and termination/refund rules must be drafted by counsel for the selected legal entity and customer model.
12. Changes. Material changes will be notified through an appropriate registered channel before taking effect where required.

• Governing law and dispute forum for Singapore and Philippines users.
• Controller/processor allocation among SkoolGo, schools, and operators.
• Child-data authority/consent and school-parent notices.
• Service levels, warranties, indemnities, liability cap, insurance, and emergency disclaimer.
• Subscription, pricing, taxes, renewal/cancellation, and refunds when monetization is activated.
