Account deletion & privacy choices

SkoolGo does not yet have a self-serve in-app deletion flow or a fully automated web request form. Until that is built and tested, requests are handled directly by our privacy team, by email, so we can verify your identity and organization relationship before acting.

How to request deletion, access, or correction

  1. Email support@skoolgo.app from the address associated with your account, and tell us whether you want deletion, access, or correction.
  2. We will ask you to confirm your identity and, if applicable, your organization (school or transport operator) before proceeding.
  3. We will tell you what will be deleted, what may be retained and why (for example active safety, financial, audit, or legal-hold evidence), and roughly how long it will take.
  4. We will confirm once the request is complete, partially fulfilled, or cannot be fulfilled, and explain the reason.

What may be retained after a deletion request

Organizational, child-safety, tax, accounting, incident, audit, or dispute evidence may be retained after account closure where law or a legitimate legal/business need requires it. Engineering status

The underlying account-deletion workflow — fresh re-authentication, an idempotent deletion request, identity and legal-hold verification, and staged data deletion — is designed but not yet exposed through this website or the app's user interface. This page will be updated with a self-serve flow once that work is complete and tested.
