For families — proposed free at launch

For families

Follow your child’s trip status, declare absences, and stay informed about pickup and drop-off — with only what your relationship to that trip actually needs shown to you.

Request a demo

Authorized trip status

See your child’s assigned trip status and pickup/drop-off progress, visible only because of your authorized guardian relationship.

ETA range where enabled

Where the connected operator has enabled it, see an estimated arrival range — an approximation, not a guarantee, and never a traffic-aware or turn-by-turn estimate.

Notifications

Receive arrival, pickup, and drop-off notifications that intentionally avoid coordinates and sensitive narrative detail.

Absences

Declare a single-day or multi-day absence, which updates the driver’s pickup list for the affected days.

Destinations

Set a home or student-care drop-off destination for your child where your organization supports it.

Handover safeguards

Where your route requires it, a PIN or other handover confirmation step is used to verify pickup.

Off-app payment declarations

Declare that you made a payment outside the app; the operator confirms it in their own records. SkoolGo never processes the payment itself.

What this does not do

  • SkoolGo does not show a live interactive map of the vehicle.
  • ETA and notifications depend on device, network, trip data, and the connected operator’s settings — they are operational aids, not guarantees, and should not replace direct contact with the operator or school in an emergency.
  • The Family account is proposed as free at launch — there is no paid family tier planned, but this is proposed launch pricing, not a permanent commercial commitment.
