Being developed for Singapore and the Philippines

Safer school transport coordination.

SkoolGo connects authorized guardians, transport teams, and schools around one clear picture of the daily school run — trip status, attendance, handover, and safety evidence, each visible only to the people who need it.

Built on role-based access and operational evidence

  • Role-based access

Each screen shows only what a guardian, driver/assistant, operator admin, or school staff member is authorized to see for that relationship.

  • Operational evidence

Key operational actions — attendance, handover, safety checks, arrivals — retain time-stamped evidence where the workflow requires it.

  • Organization-controlled features

Live tracking, ETA ranges, and other sensitive features are switched on by the connected operator or school, not on by default.

How a school day runs through SkoolGo

  1. Plan and prepare

Routes, staff, and vehicles are assigned; guardians can declare absences and confirm pickup details ahead of the run.

  2. Coordinate the run

Drivers complete a pre-trip safety check, follow the assigned route, and record attendance and handover as the trip happens.

  3. Confirm arrivals and handovers

Guardians and schools see authorized arrival, drop-off, and no-show information without unnecessary location detail.

What SkoolGo coordinates

Visibility & ETA

Assigned trip status and an estimated ETA range where the connected operator has enabled it — never a guarantee, and never a traffic-aware or turn-by-turn estimate.

Attendance & absence

Attendance, multi-day absence declarations, and how they affect the day’s pickup list.

Safety & handover

Pre-trip safety checks, handover confirmation, and arrival/wait/no-show evidence.

Communication & evidence

Operational notifications and time-stamped records for the workflows that need them.

Payment declaration

Guardians declare an off-app payment; the operator confirms and keeps the ledger. SkoolGo does not process the payment itself.

Multi-role switching

Anyone authorized to hold more than one role — for example a staff member who is also a guardian — can switch persona without signing out.

Frequently asked questions

Is SkoolGo available in the app stores yet?

Not yet. SkoolGo is being developed for transport operators and schools in Singapore and the Philippines. Use the demo/enquiry form to get in touch before public release.

Does SkoolGo show a live map of the bus?

No. The current app does not include an interactive map. Where an operator enables it, families see an estimated ETA range and status updates instead.

Does SkoolGo process payments?

No. SkoolGo records a guardian’s declaration that a payment was made outside the app, and lets the operator confirm it in their own ledger. SkoolGo does not transfer money.

Who operates the buses?

Transport operators and schools do. SkoolGo is a coordination and recordkeeping tool — it does not own vehicles or employ drivers.

What happens to the location data that is collected?

Exact location is only collected during an authorized active trip, for transport safety and evidence, and is shown only to roles whose relationship to that trip requires it. See Safety & Privacy for more detail.
